Recently moved out because of the high rent price for a 10x10 after 4 years from $140 to $212. Great place and being indoors. True 10x10 unit and I must add the main two people on site that run the show are more then great and won't mislead you in any way. Again I moved out due to cost and went to another place only to find out it's not a true 10x10 loosing roughly 10 inches both ways so basically 9x9 and was quite an inconvenience to where now I wish I did stay and pay the cost.

Very clean with heated units available. They have awesome flatbed moving carts for transporting your stuff to your unit! Convenient 24 hour code entry and even a back in loading ramp so you can walk your stuff right out of the moving truck without using a ramp. Friendly people…10/10 would recommend! 😊

Don’t entrust this company to honor their website deals, or their online reservation holding. Less than 48 hours ago I reserved an indoor tv/boat storage space with the instructions that iron gate would reach out to me to finalize payment details. They did not and when I called to confirm payment details and secure my move-in date, they informed me that they didn’t get the notification and had already rented that space to someone else. I received an apology that they have new management as of last March and etc etc… maybe it’s an honest mistake, but I still don’t have storage because they don’t have any other space available that meets my requirements. I guess that I should be satisfied with barely an apology from iron gate, but I’m not. Maybe that’s normal for a storage business.

We had a major issue with this company and their utter lack of customer support or basic decency. As a person with disabilities, I had a need for my husband to take care of some things with the storage unit on my behalf. The company would not help him do this because he was not the primary on the account, but they wouldn’t allow me to add him too. Then they were very rude to him and to me over the phone. Additionally, if you call their customer support line it sends you straight to a voicemail and it is full so you cannot even leave a message. They have no compassion for people going through hard things, don’t respect ADA rights, and are overall a pain in the butt to deal with. We will be terminating our contract with them ASAP.
