Highly recommend, I was in and out with a new storage unit in minutes, she was incredibly nice, thorough and made the process a breeze, they have an app you can utilize which is amazing, affordable prices and most of all secure!! Nice climate controlled units, carts and dolly’s that aren’t falling apart and an elevator for easy access to upstairs, I’ll be here for a good while.

I moved items in about 10 years ago. Just recently moved them out. They were in the exact same shape as when I left them. On top of that, the crew here is nice, helpful, and respectful. And, on top of that, the other tenants are nice. The place is clean, organized, and the crew is always ready to help. They have moving supplies, all that you need, and you can rent a moving truck. If you need storage in Vancouver, put them at the top of your list. Cheers!

Predatory pricing, just to get customers in the door only to be left high and dry. They increased the price by a SHOCKING 120% after 6 months of renting- because apparently no one foresees how much a storage unit can increase the rent. After some angry calls they reduced it to a 75% increase which is still obnoxious! When confronted- I got to hear that thats the market price! Their website still advertises the exact same price I started with 6 mos. ago. I would rather have the company be transparent about pricing from the get go so they don't leave customers with a sour experience. Tell me how it is, don't do these dirty tricks under the garb of "our contract mentions we can increase prices at any time"EDIT: account is in Ricardo's name and yes I did talk to your rep on the phone and shared all these concerns before writing this review.

Such an easy transaction and wonderful staff (Jenny)! I walked in without a reservation and Jenny found a unit that suited my needs for a very reasonable price. It was towards the end of the day but she was very efficient, kind, and funny in getting me through the process of getting a unit and the associated paperwork.I was able to get all my stuff moved it pretty quickly. They have a cart for use and the units are protected by a keypad.Very easy and affordably priced!

The staff in the office are so nice and helpful! The sign up process was quick and easy but I didn’t give 5 stars because after paying, I still wasn’t able to get into my unit for a couple days because there was a lot of miscommunication and I wasn’t given the gate code and their office hours kinda suck. Aside from that, great place!

My mom happens to work here, but the store manager was the one who helped me with the transaction of renting a truck to move. Good area, reasonable rates, friendly staff. Had my unit for a good couple of years, and then out of nowhere, (after they changed management and introduced a new portal to pay bills), I get an email letting me know there would be a 30% INCREASE IN RENT. I understand that businesses need to adjust their rates to accommodate for inflation, but going from $100/month to $130/month was just a little too steep for me and I could no longer justify keeping it, among other factors such as moving much further away. I’d still recommend this place to anyone looking for a local storage facility, but definitely shop around first and see if there’s better rates elsewhere.

I've had my storage unit for over 6 years and never missed a payment until they changed their online system. When it was updated it prevented me from logging into my account. I attempted to reach out to fix the issue and wasn't contacted until my account was 2 months behind. Then after being told the extra fees would be dropped if I pay the 2 months before my unit was auctioned on the 25th. It's the 18th and now I'm being told I have to pay not only the previous fees but additional fees as well cause they cut my lock and opened my unit after agreeing to drop the fees.
