Crystal was incredible! She was super understanding when we needed to transfer units, and was able to make it happen quickly and seamlessly. The place is very clean, and upkept. It’s affordable, and we never had any issues during our time there. If we ever have a need for a unit again, this is definitely where we’d be returning!

Management has always been very helpful for my dad from day 1. He said Crystal, the site manager, is excellent to work with and is efficient, friendly, and professional. Renting is easy and he highly recommends both their gated storage as well as their moving truck rentals. You have to do the gate code both in and out. Feels very secure and clean. Easy access heading South on 117th, but you do have to do a U-turn in order to head back North on 117th. If he could give more than 5 stars, he would!

I've been using Iron Gate over 20 years . It doesn't matter how far I have to drive I'm using iron gate . They have always been fair they have never given me any reason not to trust them. I've never had so much as 1 problem with any of the staff. I would sell all my stuff that I want to store before I'll use anyone else. Thank you iron gate for all the years of positive experiences. Very nice helpful people in there they have great deals make sure you get the coupon sitting in the corner because you can get a free lock and you can also buy boxes there and if you have a better rate like Walmart was cheaper so they gave me the same price as Walmart so they will make things right with you and they have great discounts highly recommend

Excellent Experience with these Wonderful Residents Managers, Renzo Orru & Beatrice Orru. From the moment I went in & was so warmly greeted by Beatrice, with a smile and "How can I help today?" Renzo was Great with the Penske moving truck we had to rent & return here. I would go out of my way, just to come back to this location because of our Wonderful Experience we had with Both of these Amazingly Helpful & Kind people! Thank You, Both for being so Great to this old man & my family! Anyone looking for a Great Experience for your Penske truck rentals or Storage rental, I Highly Recommend coming to these guys! Even if the prices were higher, I would still come here for the wonderful way I was treated!

Sketchy. They make you sign an agreement without informing you that a homeowners or renters policy will cover the storage. They won’t reimburse you for being “double” insured either since you signed the contract. If they bill you for the month and you go in to cancel their insurance because you have your own, they’ll cancel the policy effective the next billing cycle, not when you go to their office to cancel and provide a dec page. Don’t recommend doing business with this shady company.

I have been a customer at this location since 2010. I have seen management come and go, I've changed units, and I've seen changes to the security system;as well as dealing with the maintenance department . Irongate Storage in Orchards, Vancouver Washington, is the best! The current management has been the staple that keeps me at this location even though I have moved outside Clark county and ,even moved to Texas ,without a single glich. I can rely on the security, and reliability of the management and security system, to maintain my most precious belongings no matter what happens. Over the years , Irongate storage has been wonderful to work with. At one point, I had a heart attack and I was unable to pay my bill. Irongate Storage worked with me until I was able to get back on track. I love the way they have treated me , I'm grateful to have a safe secure,clean , well maintained property to keep even my kids baby pictures secure for almost 13yrs. Thank you Renzo and Beatrice as always my pleasure to work with you!

If you live more than driving distance from this facility, choose another one. When your credit card expires, the only way to update it is to visit personally. In our common case, we stored things at a storage facility because we live far away. Management is not helpful at all in dealing with what should be normal situations like this. In our case, even after 4-5 years of them collecting our considerable rental every month from our credit card. Now they’re dinging us with fees they won’t remove.

This place is huge. We were hoping to get the free day of their moving truck as advertised. It was out of service at the 117th location. And has not been running for awhile. They have a working truck at another location, but to use it would be very inconvenient. Nice people in office. I had to rent my own truck tho.

This is the second time my husband and I are choosing Iron Gate for our storage needs. Renzo and Beatrice have made the process of renting a unit stress-free and tremendously easy for us. Going to the office at the Orchards branch is like meeting with old friends. They're both friendly and very professional, such an outstanding team. The area is well-maintained, very clean, and well-lit if you have to access your unit at night. Highly recommended! Definitely 5-stars in our books!

This husband and wife team management are awesome just recently signed up for a storage unit there I would highly suggest if you're looking for storage place Iron Gate storage off padden and 117th I believe is the one to go to you could eat off the floors in the units that's how clean it is!!

Storage unit was broken into and ransacked... No camera's down each lane of units unless you are lucky enough to have a unit down the one isle they have where their own (company) personal property is located!

So, moving sucks and especially when you do not know when and where as it is a seller's market. I had the pleasure of talking to and meeting Beatrice and her externally nice husband who helped me to rent out 3 units.The level of customer service is through the roof they, explain your options, suggest what you should do and bend over backwards to help you when your in need. Setup online, over the phone and in person is 💯. If your in need they got you covered! Thank you for making my personal rough moving so much easier!!!

The owners are amazing!! They made the check in and close out easy and smooth. Sometimes both can be so nerve wracking but it wasn't at all. They are very personable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again myself

If you’re in need of a great, affordable, clean storage unit/location... I highly recommend Iron Gate Storage in Vancouver, WA! I need to leave a review because they were the first to show up in my search engine for near by storage units and now I know why! As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted so kindly by Beatrice and Renzo, the resident managers, they helped me through the whole process and within minutes I had my unit! I would recommend this place to any friend/family member of mine!

I'm so glad I stopped in to Iron Gate storage in my search for a storage unit near my home. Renzo and Beatrice could not have been more helpful. They were able to quickly confirm the size I needed and show me the unit and fill out the necessary paperwork quickly. They were very clear and thorough explaining the necessary details. I would recommend iron gate storage to anyone who needs storage in the area.

9pm is kinda early for last entry you units staff kinda friendly but they make you stay outside in the Cold offer a free truck with move in which is great!!💜but hard to have $250 cash deposit

This business excels in customer service. Their contract is easy to read with important terms highlighted. Renzo & Beatrice Orru are managers. Mr. Orru went over everything while training Edwin on the job. All friendly & professional. Iron Gate has several locations. If you give then notice & leave by the 10th, they prorate the last month.
